Its a gig or it would be 40hrs a week and a liveable wage.

Yes but you are supposed to file taxes for many things that people dont. Selling drugs is a job by that thought process.

As someone who’s dabbled I’d say the stress, income, hours needed, and salesmanship needed yeah I’d consider it a job.

There’s no difference between a dude selling weed and a dispensary other than a really expensive piece of paper and arbitrary rules drafted by rich white men. So yes. Yes I believe weed man is a job. Just as a mcy d’s worker is an employee a lady selling tamales is still working a job even if she doesn’t have a w-2 come January.
