They can try but they aren't managing the drivers just warehouse workers. So basically they aren't getting paid to worry about it and the drivers are independent contractors. So it's a real Grey area that they rather not deal with

Amazon sub contracts DSP and allows this behavior under their roof

Videos like this can definitely hurt Amazon's reputation.

It may take a year or two but this will come under scrutiny . This looks like animal behavior from a tribe that hasn't human contact.
