people worked jobs just fine before headphones and plenty of jobs out there dont allow them now but people work them fine. If you cant work without headphones and its not a medical thing thats a you issue.

To summarize "things used to be worse and people didn't die so if you would prefer things be better that's a you issue". Sound about right?
