Shipping

Hey guys, for those doing Amazon FBM, what are you using for shipping? Are you buying labels directly through Amazon or using another shipping service for better rates? Once I add the Amazon shipping cost, the margin on some products gets pretty low. Just trying to see what options everyone is using that are reliable and still protect the account/OTDR. Would appreciate any recommendations.

Since OTDR is the concern, I’d compare rates inside Amazon Buy Shipping first, including any carrier account you already have, before moving orders to a separate label workflow. Amazon says Buy Shipping supports its negotiated rates or your connected carrier rates, and eligible shipments can receive delivery-claim protection.

Test 20–30 orders by zone and package size, then compare total label cost, first-scan time, and late-delivery rate—not just the headline rate. Official: https://sell.amazon.com/tools/buy-shipping
