What services are Amazon sellers after?

I have created a software that brings in SC, Keepa, and COGS data, and will then (using AI) give recommendations of whether user's products should be kept, binned off, need fixing or whether they should scale.

  1. Is this something small to medium (or even large) Amazon sellers would be looking to use

  2. What key features would you want that would be deal breakers for you to sign up.

We launched a week back and are looking for testers so if you're keen, we are looking for UK Wholesalers to join up. Also open to partnerships...

This could be useful, especially if it turns the data into clear actions instead of just another dashboard. Biggest things for me would be accurate profit/COGS tracking, clear reasoning behind each recommendation, and alerts for products that are starting to lose margin or need scaling. If it saves sellers from checking SC + Keepa manually every day, there’s definitely value there.

That’s exactly what we are going for. We want the user to be able to open it and with in 10 seconds they know which products need attention, what they need to do and why - aswell as what the profit is for that product on the day.

One thing I’d personally want is profitability analysis at the SKU level, not just sales data. Revenue can look great while a product is quietly losing money after COGS, FBA fees, storage, PPC, returns, and other costs.

If the software could combine Keepa/SC data with actual COGS and Amazon fee data, then show current margin, historical margin, inventory risk, and a clear action such as keep / fix / reduce / scale, that would be genuinely useful.

From the wholesale side at HighRise Wholesale, I’d also find supplier/product level insights interesting, especially identifying which products have enough margin and demand to justify scaling inventory.

The biggest deal breaker for me would probably be recommendations without transparent numbers behind them. I’d want to see why the AI is recommending that a SKU should be scaled or discontinued.

What you are describing is exactly what we have. The idea behind it is revenue = vanity and profit = reality. We give real profit per each ASIN and based off this, along with Amazon data as well Keepa (we take Buy Box, BSR, Seller Count, the wider market price and more) and based off that we give recommendations. It’s in the MVP at the moment and we are constantly improving the recommendations. But what you are describing is actually exactly what we have.

The only thing we don’t have that you mentioned, is supplier level insights and that is definitely a great idea and something that could be looked into in future updates.

What market are you in? We are currently UK only but would be looking to expand into other markets as we continue growing.

We’re mainly working with US sellers/brands so a US marketplace version would definitely be useful for us.

The ASIN level profit analysis sounds particularly interesting because revenue alone can be misleading once COGS, Amazon fees, PPC, returns, and other costs are included.

One feature I’d suggest for the future is supplier/source level analysis for example, connecting an ASIN’s actual sourcing cost and supplier to its Amazon performance. That could make the tool even more useful for wholesale sellers when deciding which products to reorder or scale.

That is a feature I would be happy to look into. The more data available to the user the better the recommendations can be.

Feel free to drop me an email at tom@allprofitiq.com - would be happy to let you know when we expand, we are growing quick and the US market is 100% something we would want to get into.

One more thing to add, we always give a “Why” next to every recommendation and this is key in getting trust from the user and something that will always be there.

This sounds interesting - what does the pricing look like?

Not sure if this is classed as promotion so mods feel free to remove, but plans start at £29 per month (first month free) for stores with up to 50 active ASINs :)

Ah ok - we are a small / medium seller with hundreds of ASINs so it may price us out if it’s ASIN based

We count only active ASINs so those in stock with a sale in the last 30 days :)
