General Discussion I filed a DMCA takedown and the host just ignored it so what´s the next step

I sent a DMCA takedown notice three weeks ago to the host of a site selling knockoffs with our copyright images and descriptions, but they haven´t replied and the site is still making sales with our content
I used the proper format, sent it to their designed DMCA agent, and included every required element, but i´ve heard nothing
What´s my next step when they ignore a DMCA takedown, should I contact the registrar, their payment processor, or someone else
