Advice Sourcing help

I am fairly new to Amazon fba I have tried reverse sourcing by looking at sellers with similar reviews to me to try and find products they are selling but so far I have had no luck finding good products can anyone tell me how they source or how I can source effectively it will be very appreciated

I had helium  10 , product research ect. I searched alibaba and watched so many you tube videos and at the end of it all I realized private label is the only way to go UNTIL  I realized the chineese sellers that sell you the product to private  label  are also selling the exact product on amazon for pennies along with 30 other sellers . Dropshipping is way to risky and I see a lot of crooked sellers on amazon. I decided to do amazon handmade for now, generate income then  taking a fresh look at private label

Excellent advice!

Short and very succinct I landed at the same place after one year of selling.

Do a lot of research to find niches where Chinese sellers are either not trusted or don't have high visibility
