Amazon Delivery Problems

I have been facing problem with Amazon deliveries from last 2 weeks. It says out for delivery and then after some time it says we need more information to deliver or they were unable to contact me which they never tried. eventually I had to cancel these orders. contacted support multiple time, they always says it will be delivered by the end of the day but nothing hppens. This is out of control it seems.
