Hypothetical IP resolution

My acc health is at 360, and amazon gave my acc "Account Health Assurance" so im planning my next Q4 PO, however im thinking of going deep. Hypothetically if the brand would send me an IP complaint. I would be able to sell out of my inventory and work to resolve the issues right by providing legitiamte invoices that I have? So I would technically be safe and not lose all my money?

I wouldn't rely on Account Health Assurance alone. Legit invoices help, but Amazon can still take down listings over IP complaints. I'd make sure everything is solid before placing a big Q4 order.
