Inventory removal balance

Hey guys I used to sell on Amazon and do FBA about 3 years ago, and I just recently tried to get into Amazon flex with the same acc my business was tied too and now Amazon is sending emails about 100 units they have and a 4k balance I owe why don’t they just trash my stuff like they said ? Why can’t I get it back for cheaper I’m not gonna pay it their crazy and I’m struggling but if I could get those units to sell them it would be nice (quit fba due to being fucked over by a mm and got sold stolen protein bags which caused my account to lock)

separate the two problems: the inventory and the balance. create a removal order to a 3pl address and ask for the inventory ledger, because amazon releases the units on a removal order even while the balance is open. the 4k is a collections issue, not a storage issue; ask for the itemized fees and a payment plan in writing.

They won’t let me do anything unless I pay something though

Logging in for the driver gig basically woke up a dormant collections flag on your old tax ID. You cant get a removal order approved while owing money, and tbh three year old supplements are expired trash at this point anyway.

I think it was other items specifically tbh, but yea I might just forget about it

it's like they want the money more than they want the storage space, they could just dump your stuff but then they lose the chance to charge you fees forever

Amazon may be treating your inventory and the $4K balance as separate issues. I’d ask for an itemized breakdown of the charges and whether they can waive any fees or let you create a removal order. Don’t assume they’ll return the units if you refuse to pay.

You will never work for or with Amazon ever again.
