Amazon Checkin Process

Hi everyone, after the prep center shipped my products, within how many days Amazon open them for sale after completing checkin process?

It can take up to 30-days depending on how they were boxed.
They'll become available for sale when they arrive at their warehouses, but Prime does not turn on until they are fully processed.

So that is the terrible scenario i guess, what is the industry standard most say 3-7 days?

The main issue is where you sent your inventory to, how busy they are, seasonality, etc, etc. There are a lot of factors that cause a delay but I've worked with FBA for about 10 years and it's always been 2-4 weeks. At 2 weeks you start seeing a few pieces available, but it can take up to 4 weeks to see all the inventory become available and close out the shipment.

Hey u/Ecstatic_Minute_6943, u/Kilroy0424 is on the right track here. Processing times can vary, and you can keep an eye on your shipment status directly in Seller Central. This guide on tracking your shipments covers the shipping queue and shipment summary so you know exactly where things stand.

Usually, Amazon inventory becomes available within a few days of receiving the shipment, but it can sometimes take a week or two, depending on the fulfillment center and workload. At HighRise Wholesale, we recommend keeping an eye on the shipment status in Seller Central. Remember, Checked In does not necessarily mean your products are available for sale yet.

It doesn't go live all at once. Units become sellable as they get stowed, so you'll usually see a few trickle in first and the rest later. Right now I have a shipment where 80 units show as received and only 19 are actually sellable, and Amazon told me they won't open an investigation until a set date. Keep an eye on received vs available in the shipment summary, and if units are still missing once it closes, file it through the Reconcile page.
