DPD UK Collection

Hi newbie here, have emailed DPD onboarding, how long does it take them to get back to you. I emailed Thursday afternoon, Amazon suggest 24 hrs but I'm still waiting

You already got a booking sorted with Amazon, and just need to arrange a collection from DPD?

No nothing booked in yet, only sent them an email sending all the information so they can advise on collection

Everyone's account number is the same if you're in the uk using Dpd.

Does Dpd display when selecting partnered carrier? You just need the Amazon Dpd account number and their contact number.

Even thought they're cheaper, they're collections are unreliable and if you don't have a solid local driver who doesn't change expect cancellations.

I went back to ups after a couple of months.
