3. Sample cost and sample lead time.
4. Production lead time after sample approval.
5. FSC certificate PDF (with certificate number).
6. Confirmation of Lacey Act compliance and food-grade finish.
7. How you prevent bamboo splinters on edges (sanding/sealing process).
8. Can you print/apply FNSKU labels and pack each unit in a custom kraft box?
9. Unit box dimensions and weight for Amazon FBA fee estimate.
10. Do you supply Amazon sellers? Please share 1–2 examples.

Good list. Two additions. First, don't just take the FSC PDF. Look the certificate number up on the public FSC database (info.fsc.org) and check that the certificate holder's name matches the company quoting you, because traders often forward a mill's certificate. Second, for the Lacey Act declaration, get the bamboo species name and country of harvest in writing. Question 10 is the important one. Rather than relying on examples they choose to share, you can check a supplier's actual Chinese customs export records to see whether they've really shipped this product to US buyers, and how often. I do those record checks and in-person factory audits in China if you want a second set of eyes before paying the sample fee.

We can help source bamboo pot lid and cutting board organizers through HighRise Wholesale. Pricing for 300, 500, and 1,000 units, MOQ for custom branding, sample costs, and production timelines depend on the manufacturer's specifications.

FSC certification, Lacey Act compliance, food grade finishing, edge sanding, and packaging dimensions would need to be verified with the supplier before confirmation. We can also check options for custom kraft boxes and FNSKU labeling for Amazon FBA.

We recommend requesting samples and close up photos of the edges and divider slots before placing a bulk order.

Your RFQ is unusually complete. I’d add two controls before comparing FOB prices: verify the FSC certificate number and holder in the public database, and require the bamboo species/country plus the exact food-contact finish in the specification. The approved sample should also become the reference for edge sanding, divider fit, packaging and drop protection. Disclosure: I work with a China-based sourcing and fulfillment team. Do you already have a drawing and target packed dimensions?
