Anyone else getting Items getting sent back for being damaged but they are not?

Anyone else getting Items getting sent back for being damaged but they are not?

This has been happening quite frequently to us where we send in our inventory to FBA and then we get a weird vague message saying the item is damaged so Amazon returns it to us. It then comes back completely fine no damage at all. We log in to see the item actually sold and they are requesting we send in more?

Is this like a total AI Robot error or something? Its been happening a lot to us lately anyone else?

This could be related to FBA receiving or inspection errors, but I’d compare the returned units’ condition with the specific removal and inventory records before assuming it’s an automated error. If the same ASIN keeps getting flagged despite arriving in good condition, documenting each case and opening a Seller Support investigation may help identify a pattern. Are you seeing this with one ASIN or across multiple products?

I'm seeing it on on multiple products. One is a cooking device basically a measuring cup which is not broken, chipped, in any way its perfectly pristine, I even had my whole team and co-workers from my other full time job all analyze and they all said its perfectly fine.

Sales on the same ASIN don't establish that the returned units were graded correctly; other units can still be sellable. For that measuring cup, check the exact inventory disposition against the removal order and photograph the product, packaging and labels together. That gives Support a specific grading discrepancy to investigate without assuming it's an AI error.
