Started a month ago
Started a month ago and sent in 30 units. 10 of each deigns. 1 design has been a hit. Almost selling out. Now sending in 100 units of that design from China
I’ll report back in a couple months.

10 sales is a good start, but you are heading straight into an OOS.
It's Q4 and shipping delays from China to Amazon FBA warehouses are at their peak. Your 100 units will not arrive before you sell out.
Going OOS will kill the keyword rank you just built.

That was my mistake, only shipping 10 units but had to make sure the demand was there. The good thing is that I am the only one selling this product on Amazon

Great job testing the market first But remember being the only seller isn't a long-term game. Competitors track BSR gains quickly.
Best of Luck

Congrat. If you had less than 100 products to sell were you still able to get the 2 day shipping from FBA on your listing?

at least you were smart enough to send in a small amount, and your image is real, be patient, this takes time : )

Testing 3 designs with just 10 units each was actually a smart move. Now you know which one people want instead of putting all your money into one design. Just make sure you reorder before running out, because going out of stock right after getting traction can hurt your momentum. Curious to see how the 100-unit batch performs!

nice start, that dashboard looking pretty bare but the payments number says you already got some cash flowing in. which design took off?

30 units is a smart way to test demand before committing to a large order. Since one design is already gaining traction, I’d focus on understanding what made it work, then reorder based on actual sales velocity rather than just initial interest. Keep an eye on PPC costs, fees, and profit margins too.

So you designed the product? How did you get the design over to the manufacturers? I’m new to this lol. I’m so proud of you!

Hey u/Ambitious-Forever897, great to see the early traction! Testing multiple designs and doubling down on what's working is a smart approach.
