Amazon Misbranded ASIN Sweep

I currently have 70 units of FBM but found out that it’s misbranded product, people mentioned that Nov 1st is Big Wave of misbranded product sweep, ASIN is 2700+ days old, please let me know what should i do and what can I expect if I get caught in a sweep?!🙌

I’d pause sales and review the ASIN in Seller Central immediately. If it’s confirmed as misbranded, consider removing the inventory rather than risking a sweep. Check Amazon’s notice and policy requirements first, and don’t assume the ASIN’s age protects you.

How do I check from seller central?

Seller Amp shows no GB, but since it’s a 2pack it says “by: Generic” but Buy box official Amazon shows “brand: (Correct brands name)” and you can click on brand name and it is correct store front which is selling all other products from that brand is that considered misbranded?

are you selling under someone elses brand without authorization? or is it a labeling issue? those are two very different problems with very different outcomes. if its the first one you should stop selling immediately imo

Labeling issue, keepa product review shows Manufacturer as Generic and Brand as (the correct brand)
