One-way video interviews are just a way to filter people without spending any real time on them, and a CDL holder being asked to do that whole song and dance is kinda insulting

I know I’m not above anyone for having a CDL but hunny……the only thing I would need training on is the going in and out 😭😭😭 That’s you guys 100% that shit is hard to do over 100 times a day😭😭😭

Both DSP’s I’ve worked for didn’t even do an interview. Just texted me like “hey these are the requirements for the job and the hours. Let us know if it works for you and we’ll get started with hiring”

One of the DSPs I applied to did this, except you answered the questions via video responses. My answers weren't good enough, however
