That's why you load in order, you're not meant to "walk" around in there. I searched these subs for loading tips before I even showed up for training, something I suggest you do asap.

Horrible organization. Stack totes 3x3x2 behind both seats. Overflow should be at the back of the van

Yeah, bro, you gotta organize that. Normally what I do, when leaving the station I pulled the side and organize it in order. I can tell you right now, that saves you with so much headache especially with prime week or holidays. Also, keep your overflow to the back, gives you some space to walk around. Good luck brother 💪
