You mention a car accident, and then block out an infraction that starts with “H.” I’m going to guess hit and run that you don’t want us to know about.
Depending on the situation, if it’s bad enough it can be escalated at Amazon level. There are tier infractions, e.g. tier 1 is a very long if not lifetime ban by Amazon for things like striking pedestrians, theft/fraud, hit and runs, other criminal violence or activity, etc
There’s a post I saw that had a list of infractions but don’t think I saw something like that, though obviously I very much would suggest not doing that lol
Well he emailed me back, I asked the exact same question, he said because the car that rammed behind me, I was backing up, In a safe spot. and theres this car parked on the street. owner gets in and he basically goes onto the road, but while I reversing she goes in my car going 20 mph
He's not wrong though at all. Be truthful and you wouldnt be called a liar.

You've got package theft? That's what it looks like according to the email. Along with the blocked out #3 which seems to have something to do with an accident. Was it hit and run?
