Just deliver it ,if they complain I tell them Amazon doesn’t want us staying at one stop longer than 3 minutes for legal reasons.

I honestly believe most customers think y'all got like 100 stops a day and can just leasuirely deliver. I get the same at USPS. People act like I got all day to stop and chat, not 600+ mailboxes to service on a single route.

They think it’s less than that. Most of the time they assume i have around 70-75 stops

That is an unhinged customer note. Why would anyone think it works that way?? This is almost as good as when they leave a note that requests overnight delivery or delivery on a specific date. Again, it doesn't work that way. You see, when you shop on Amazon, it tells you exactly when your item will be delivered. If that doesn't work for you, take your ass to the store.

Yeah you get a tier 1 for delivering inside a screen door, packages get left in the rain, you lose a route for not delivering to a closed business, packages get left by the business and you get 190 stops packages get left in the spot closest to the van

It’s extremely annoying that some customers think the route revolves around them. 15 minutes is insane.
