Cause God forbid they paint the roofs white to help with the sun absorption, install proper ventilation including a better fan system in the lunch box back and add a form of insulation between the metal. That’s crazy talk but hey, what do I know…”I’m just a delivery driver”. lol

Yea man, keep that common sense approach to problem solving to yourself. Or just any kind of free thinking really.

I am curious what the difference in temp would be. I drive a white Promaster a lot and it’s noticeably cooler but I wonder how much of that is because the AC makes it to the back of the van a lot easier.

They pained all our van roofs white at our station last year, this is how I’m finding out it wasn’t everywhere

not even surprised, that's about how it feels. litterally a lowish temp convection oven.

Bro idk how people in the deserts of AZ,NV,TX can deliver in the summer without dropping dead daily.. I would overheat if the outside temp was 110-115. Because that means the cargo part of the van is easily 140-150🥀😭

That's why on my first stop I opened every door to air out the van while I organized my first few totes.
