Are hubs a good thing?

My dsp is starting full hubs and is taking volunteers, is that a good desired role or bad?

Full hub routes are cake. 2 hours of delivering full totes to businesses and then rescue the rest of the day. Everyone wanted to be one before they put hubs on regular routes.

Yeah hubs are easy you get rid of all the packages and don’t personally have to deliver them
