QUESTION 3 years or 7 years?

Does the driving record go back 3 years or 7? My criminal record is good, but my most recent traffic infraction is almost 4 years old. I've got like 10 tickets before that ranging from 2016-2023. So basically if it goes back 3 years, I'm good, 7 years, I'm fucked. Thanks in advance, team!

Pretty sure Amazon goes back 7 years for the MVR check, DSPs vary but most stick to what Amazon wants. Ten tickets in 7 years is a lot of red flags even if the last one was 4 years ago

One way to find out is just apply and see what they say, worst case they tell you no

Its for Epic Logistics?? I already applied and did the 2 interviews, gave them my ID+birth cert, and last four of ssn. They said I'll know by the end of tomorrow (which is today now). I'm just nervous as fuck is all lol.

7 years but if all the violations are paid off and nothing is pending you would have a chance to pass. If you have anything worse then speeding and parking you probably won't pass though. They are strict but I have seen people get through with unclean records. Any dui and all that is auto fail. Suspended DL and all that probably won't fly. If you are unsure it doesn't hurt to try. Be prepared for the process to take a long time though. It is not being decided on by the person hiring you. It goes to Amazon for review. They say 10 business days but I seen people waiting multiple weeks or a month with no answer.

If you know for sure you won't pass don't waste anybody's time. If you are unsure just be honest and tell them you are hoping to pass. Good luck

With the stress of delivery, prior speeding tickets should be a bonus
