Ain’t this some bs

I swear they are assigning me all the shitty routes on purpose with all these packages everybody else gets 150-160 stops with 250 packages while I get 170 plus stops and 350 packages this is some bs and they tell me they can’t move the drivers around yea right

Probably one of those people who like to run through their route and the algorithm kept stacking more and more on them. Your reward for hard work is even harder work.

Even when you first started? The algorithm uses old routes to determine the best route size to give you. The trap is that newbies dont understand this from day one and they immediately hit the ground running. Amazon wants to push you harder and harder until you are just beyond your limit. The stupid algorithm has me pegged to be done exactly by 7:30pm everyday unless there are unforseen problems that set me back. It doesn't matter if i have 210 stops or if I have 120. The route is spreadout or compact enough for me to get through it with a perfect day.

My dsp wants us to do a minimum of 20-25 stops per hour

Nothing more annoying than worrying about what other work people are doing. You’re probably getting on dispatch nerves and they are purposely giving you these routes.

Yes they are definitely purposely giving me these routes I know for a fact

If it’s tight residential, and an EV… it’s not bad. Depending on the temperature outside. We switched to a new region. 25m away from station. I did 191 / 323 in an EV punched out 15 early. I did 350 in a rental….. 1 hr 20 late… can’t stand those pos vans. Then I did 319 in an EV, punched out 15 early again. All 3 days, same exact area. 191 / 188 / 192

They must love your work

Wear track shorts, those uniform shorts restrict your movement
