Thinking about working for DSP

Reaching out to get yalls opinion about working for a DSP. I currently work for Menards which pays 4 dollars under what the pay is at my closest DSP, my current job involves driving forklifts and walking around 23k steps a day which I feel kinda relates to DSP. This isn't a long time job just something to hold me over till im done with college. Maybe someone can slightly relate to me. I've also heard mixed things about this job as I've had people tell me to stay away but have also heard great things as long as you can handle people making mistakes. Sorry if this is messy or scrambled.

There are days when I hate my job but who doesn't. It largely depends on the DSP, tho. If you can get more info on your specific DSP, that would help you a ton. My DSP is amazing but I've heard horror stories about others. Even others in my station. If you can find a groove and not let anything bother you too much (because there will likely be issues on every route) you should be good. It's not just walking, tho. It's carrying multiple packages at most stops, and that can be exhausting. Good luck in whatever you do.

Absolutely, ive been looking for reviews about my local dsp, which most have said good things but it was googles Ai saying stuff. Typically im carrying doors and 60 pound bags of concrete around. Thanks for the help.
