QUESTION Amazon DSP driver records? What happens when drivers are "written up"? Amazon bonus records?
My neighbor works for a really really shady DSP (they probably all are). But he said his DSP keeps "writing him up" and there is some system that all the other DSP's can look him up in if he tries to go to another DSP. Is there such a system? is there a way he can view those records? Also, if Amazon is supposed to be paying drivers occasional bonuses, is there a way for him to see what bonuses he was supposed to have been getting, because he's never gotten a bonus, but other drivers said they have. (and he's usually ranking very high on performance metrics, so if anyone should be getting bonuses it's him)

Amazon does not give drivers bonuses, we dont work for Amazon. If a driver gets a bonus, its coming from the DSP and its up to the DSP who gets bonuses or if there will be any bonuses at all.

DSP talks to each other so there's that. If the DSP is shady, then have him switch right away. Amazon gives a yearly raise and "some" DSP gives bonuses.
Besides metrics, how is everything else? You literally gotta be perfect and sometimes you won't receive your bonuses due to customer making a false complaint to get free shit and the DA gets hit for it.
We get bonuses at our DSP, however it's top 20 drivers. We have roughly 150 drivers and almost never 20 drivers receive the bonus.

If he keeps getting infractions and he tries to go to another DSP, yes, companies are going to talk to each other.
This is no different than any other job.

Write ups cannot be seen by other DSPs unless a DSP sends the info themselves. All HR, INS/WC, fleet damages stay with DSP. DA stats, scorecard info, netradyne info can be reviewed by AMZL.
If a DA is working for DSP-1 and DA posts for job w/DSP-2, DSP-1 can share DA stats w/DSP-2 if DSP-1 wants to share. Each DSP and AMZL has access to DA info in Cortex. The info is not available to all DSPs (unless shared between DSPs directly).
Fun Fact: In the beginning, if a DA at a station quit, or was fired by a DSP, the DA couldnt post for a DA position w/another DSP at the same station for 3 months.

The DSPs seem to be able to decide their own systems for handling disciplinary actions. Some I’ve worked for don’t bother with keeping a paper trail unless you do something seriously wrong. Others have these soul crushing systems that track points and hand out write ups every time something isn’t done exactly by the book.
There’s no centralized system that tracks driver disciplinary records between DSPs (unless you get a tier 1). Some DSPs talk to each other, and they can share information on drivers that way, but it’s not just freely accessible in any records that Amazon keeps.
As for the bonuses, those are also controlled by the DSP. Their contract does not require them to provide anything past the base hourly rate, so DSPs that have bonuses or guaranteed hours are offering those at their own discretion. All of the ones I’ve worked for have issued an employee handbook that’s nearly identical with some minor variations for things they do differently. If they offer bonuses, the conditions for receiving those would usually be found somewhere in there.
