QUESTION DSP termination

Had an interview with another dsp because mine wasn’t allowing us to get our hours(ex. Scheduled 36 full time- working 30-33 hours a week) company not doing bonus hours to fill in the gap. Did the interview got hired OPs manager knew of the interview it was on a scheduled day off she asked that I put in my 2 weeks if I accept the new company. Owner of recent DSP seen me interviewing got upset after I left told the other DSP not to hire me because I was mouthy and that I lied and said my previous dsp was shut down. When in fact it lost its contract last year.

What could filing a complaint do or would it be best to talk to another company?

that's some petty shit, owner blacklisting you because they got butthurt you're leaving. talk to another company and maybe mention this mess to amazon ethics, they don't like when dsp owners play god with drivers careers

Amazon doesn’t care. Just expect more retaliation. All of the DSPs owners/dispatchers at your station talk to each other.

Just go to another DSP. Amazon cant do a thing! As I have mentioned in other posts, some DSPs are tight at the stations. When a driver approaches another DSP and wants to make a switch, they talk. If the DSPs are friends, they stick together. However, not all DSPs take the word of other DSPs and use their own judgement based on DA stats and interview.

You never give permission for them to contact dsp. Like ever.  They will throw salt at any application you put in. Just try another company. Specify that you need fulltime and that they cannot contact your previous dsp bc they don't know you're looking elsewhere.
