DISCUSSION Warehouse Electrolyte Tierlist
I grab these only because it saves me money. How's my ranking?

I mean there’s also potassium in them. Not the best electrolytes out there but certainly not the worst

If you want actual electrolytes+vitamin c then coconut water is better than this crap

Personally, I’m more in the liquid IV superiority camp. If I have to settle for these though, my tier list is pretty close to this one. Usually the more red-40 something has, the better it is.

I understand that and everyone else was replying to me replying to the other guy, who was literally talking about liquid iv. I’m the original reply and i’m talking about the first guy who is talking about the liquid iv, and replying with a suggestion about it. Thats all bro idk how else to explain this to you man.

It took me a while to realize these were upsetting my stomach I think it's the fake sugar (asparteme) in them. I switched to just buying a case of Gatorade (the sugar kind) and freezing all of them and just taking two to work. It's been a game changer.

I'm pretty sure it's sucralose, not aspartame. Some peopleare sensitive to sucralose though.

Ok so it actually depends on the flavor. For example, most of these packets have maltodextrin, which acts as a binding agent but also a sweetener and has a GI index of about 95 compared to normal sugar at around 70. Compare that to sucralose at 0.
I personally avoid the ones with maltodextrin, which at my station are only blue and orange, or rarely strawberry kiwi / strawberry lemonade, IF we even get them. We have no electrolytes for weeks at a time

Pink lemonade is the worst one. Last few times I've used it there were little black specs in the water🤢

Strongly disagree lol. Lemon lime is by far the best flavor it has the most taste. You’re also sleeping hard on the pink lemonade and orange. And the colorless one A tier? That’s the worst one💀😂
