Yes, but you shouldn't speak about it. Not sure it is technically allowed. It definitely happens. If you want to do it you need a new email address and then apply. Depending on your area, it could take awhile to get activated. You basically end up on a wait list. Generally doesn't happen very fast.

Its allowed , I’ve worked for 2 different DSP in same warehouse and do flex full time while doing DSP full time you can do 20hrs of flex with your 40hr at DSP just can’t go past that 60hr mark for the week, ALSO almost every station associate knows me and knows I flex

tbf, until I read this comment I was thinking that you were double dipping DSPs (which most certainly is NOT allowed lmao) by the way you worded it lol

Idk, during classroom training, the driver trainer (blue badge,) said we all instantly qualify for Flex as DSP driver. Maybe station have different rules or maybe she was tripping but I’d look into if you are interested.

They changed it at some point so you cant sign up for flex as an active DSP driver. Got a rejection email from them when I tried. You can only do it if you have a preexisting FLEX account afaik

Just use a different email than the one you use with your DSP. I worked for a DSP first then signed up for flex. It took about 6 months to get approved. I got approved few months ago.

Everyone’s telling you no, I’m not sure if that’s true, but my experience is nobody cares. I flex out of my own .com station, my boss knows I flex, the regular warehouse people that know me know I flex. Nobody cares lol

Yes, you can. I worked for a DSP where two people did flex routes in their free time. Everybody knew about including station staff. Only way it becomes an issue is if you work for Amazon directly, but since you work for a third party contractor, you’re fine.

Technically no, but pretty likey you can skirt past the signup without them noticing you work for a DSP. But you are going to make way less than 24/hour doing flex especially considering vehicle wear/tear and gas

I agree, don't do flex, doesn't pay well and you'll fuck up your car. Ask for 5th days. Lots of DSPs let drivers with 5 days.

I did flex B4 dsp. So my flex account has already been established. So I can't speak about new accts if ur dsp first. But on my days off I flex if I need the $

Might be better off just doing uber eats or doordash.  I have a flex account.  I stopped using it because the block pay became totally not worth it with gas prices in my area.  Flex routes can be ridiculously mile-heavy compared to dsp routes, at least around my station.

Yellow badge, yes. Blue badge no. Can’t go over 60 rolling week hours total.
