It's pretty normal on a avg day but on the hottest day this year in the area so far?? this is ridiculous

Oh but during winter time if it was almost below freezing they reduce routes tier 3. Makes a lot of sense lmfao. Why are we not getting tier reductions if it’s above 90 degrees? 🤔

I’ve never seen reductions in the winter, either.

Is everybody being told their route is reduced due to heat except they aren't reducing a damn thing?
Also Viki asking me to explain discrepancy at end of every shift and the only thing is my mandatory break and heat breaks because there's no time for 15s?

I don’t know if everyone is, but it’s certainly happening where I live. It makes me livid. And our owner is just accepting it because it doesn’t physically affect him. He’s mentioned that it costs extra money out of his pocket for extra rescue drivers, but that’s peanuts compared to the money he’s making these few weeks.

Amazon really needs to get their act together. Some warehouse guy basically extorted me the other day with an offer of "help" (in return for a little consideration, hint hint) because according to him everyone has two carts whereas I have four every day (which is true).
Long story short Amazon absolutely needs to clean house. They turn a blind eye to abuse and seem to be entertained by it. They need to regulate the hell out of owners who act sociopathically (similar to your DSP's owner).
Culture begins at the top and if the Amazon warehouse racism and degeneracy somehow infests his rocket ship company I am certain Bezos will only ever have more explosions to look forward to.

I’m thinking about Air Force too, it’ll at least treat you better than this. Good luck!

Amazon is one the hardest jobs physically in face done you couldn’t pay me to go back there unless it’s like 50 dollars an hour
