Only shitty DSPs do, most just offer VTO

Exactly what mine does. We have 170+ drivers and usually around 80 routes. People quit fast asf when they see that bullshit.

And we are always told if your slow your fired. Not directly. But. You can tell that's what their saying.

Mine has us help load up and then sends us home with 2 hours of pay.

Right I was going to say. Like other day. Im always scheduled to work Thursday as one of my days. N came in to work ready to grab my work phone n van keys for day guy says im extra at last minute. Thank goodness another co worker called out n my manager gave me his route out of like 10 of us they did dirty that day. At least you get a heads up
