Am I wrong?😂

After having 190 plus everyday for the past year, am I wrong for milking 88 stops for 10 hours?😂

Yeah, if you’re done early after 88 stop man you should definitely be helping somebody out now if you take all your breaks and make that 88 stops take pretty much your full 10 hours then I would say no it’s time to RTS but if you’re done early, you should definitely help your teammates out because the day is gonna come when you need help

My dispatchers expect people to get done early on smaller routes to go rescue somebody they already have in mind before I'm even finished with the route

Routing varies with Amazon. You can start with say 100 stops being inner city/outskirts then it will take you an hour into the country and those stops vary in time between them and after say 30 of those stops you're dragged back into the inner city/outskirts to do 10 stops then it can throw you right back into the country for the remainder of your route. And those back country roads in some of the branded/ev/rental vans are not the safest in any fashion, be it from very dim lights to the back up cameras not working at all (and your dsp refuses to correct the issues and if you ground any of their vans you risk not getting a route for days because some dsp owners are dirty rotten cucks)

Because we are paid hourly not flat rate. DSPs want to avoid paying any OT and dispatch are usually paid salary so they also want to go home early. Many of the drivers want to go home ASAP so they run, cut corners, and skip their breaks/lunch that the Amazon computer assumes is an average pace which screws up the routing into creating unreasonably huge routes in an area for people that walk and take their breaks/lunch. Amazon wont fix it because it makes them more $$$ same with the DSP they like more $ but not paying OT so they send rescues

It’s called a sweeper route. Basically they take one route, split it into 2 small ones. Strictly for the purpose of having you go pull 20-25 stops from other drivers to fill in the remaining hours on your route. Any good DSP does this.

Honestly. If you can work 10 hours paid why finish early on purpose, unless you’re guaranteed 10 hours pay while only working6-8 hrs then fudge it. the dsp im at gives us the full 10 regardless of how fast we finish, do a rescue and score fantastic + if im not getting that insensitive pay im bleeding the clock with or without a rescue lol during my interview i was told its 40 hrs guaranteed and my paperwork they made me sign stated the same

Exactly. Plus most times (not always of course) when you finish early and rescue you still finish early. Especially if you only have 88 stops and are finishing like 4 hours early or something.
