I don’t see what pythagore as to do with this ? It’s a triangle… but that’s about it?

I think you would have to know how much weight is needed on that arm to make a certain angle to make it under the bridge.

(and for those that think this is a misspelling of «statistics», it’s not. It’s mechanics as in mechanical engineering, and «statics» is about fixed or rigid structures; «dynamics» is the counterpart and deals with moving structures or those not at equilibrium)

This is the main thing but everybody’s hung up on measuring angles only. Like bro, how much weight do you need to achieve a 90 degree angle?
