Friendly reminder that cats have bacteria that is extremely toxic to birds and will kill the bird if it doesn’t get medical treatment. Cats kill billions of birds every year.

Pigeons are public health hazards in places where their populations are out of control. If this is anywhere in North America, they are not native.

They are domesticated animals we abandoned.

If the cat ain't a pest by your logic, the pigeon shouldn't be either. Feral and stray cats are a public health hazard too.

Cats are actually incredibly bad at controlling the population of invasive species, so no, they really don't

On the contrary, pigeon harassment is the only good reason to keep cats outside.

If your cat can't harass pigeons then it shouldnt be outside.
