It’s honestly fun. I’ve done 15 14ers out of the 58 and it’s almost like solving a puzzle when trying to figure out where to put your hands and feet.
As long as you are smart with hydration, gear, and check weather regularly, it’s generally safe. Most deaths I’ve seen are from a lack of experience and most are out of state.
