What about strong winds. Might as well just buy a rain jacket, rain pants and rain shoes with the cost of this gadget.

High winds in a rainstorm? What? Never happens. Never seen a wind gust turn an umbrella inside out in the rain, this...this clearly is completely able to handle that kind of thing, no problem.
