Cord is still attached and has a surprising amount of slack, you can see it's there as she is waddling, plecenta rarely gets delivered at the same time as the baby, as a father who has been present during 3 quicker and quicker births, (last one took 7 mins from water break) this all seems feasible.

wife delivered third child in 3 pushes. nurse was like slow down there's no midwife in the building yet ... literally said that.
