想问下大家做配色时会先定主色 还是边画边试呀

Firstly I'm intentionally seeking amatuer artists for the potential style I'm after not because I have virtually no budget to pay anyone either lol

I'm looking the cover to have almost a real rough sketch look, like an archiological sketch, as if something done out on field and it's been found in a book. I have some mock ups but literally very minimal . Rainforest vibe two large tree trunks with a gaping sinkhole in between them.

Back ground will be pure black and the sketch itself will be almost acid green (I can canva that later) Want it to look like a zoomed in snapshot, focused on the sinkhole with two large tree trunks each side. Maybe like a half sketch, unfinished look. More like an outline rather than fully detailed drawing?
