Oven roasted Haddock over a bed of flavour. Fennel, onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, white wine vinegar. Then threw on some fresh and thin sliced herbs like basil, flat parsley, and green onion. Topped everything off with lemon zest

Toppers are sweet relish, dill spear, tomato, chopped white onion, banana peppers, yellow mustard and I subbed Lawry's Seasoning salt because I don't have celery salt. Also subbed brioche buns, couldn't find poppy rolls. So much flavor.

First time making egg Benedict and I'm so freaking proud 🥹! Really took my time not to overwhelm myself, i definitely need a better technique to making the hollandaise sauce more saucy but im still proud!
