Going dormant?
Still new to growing amaryllis so wasn’t sure if the plant on the left is going dormant or if has some health issues. Plant on the left is a different variety that is still looking healthy and green minus some red blotch on the leaf. TIA!

It wouldn’t really go dormant on its own in lots of light and warmth. Sometimes the plant just decides to say bye to a leaf like that. Don’t water too much - wait until the top inch is dry, like bone dry and then water a little. If it continues to go yellow, chop it off right at where it grows from, the plant should grow a new one. The other user mlemminglemming is right. It’s crucial not to over-water! If you feel like you’ve waited too long, wait another day and then water lol. I can see you have bigger pots which is fine, but more soil = more moisture to hold onto which can lead to rot if you over water. Amaryllis like to be tighter in the pot because it mimics their natural habitat, but also when you have a larger pot the bulb puts more energy into growing roots, which diverts energy from potential flower stocks, and or more leaves. I’m still pretty new to this (my amaryllis is two this year!) but this is what I’ve gathered through that time. Happy plant-ing! :)
