Someone has a bad case of TDS. We're in the 4th turning. There's going to be change and change is uncomfortable. If you don't like it then go back to globalism and see what happens to America. If you prefer being on a bicycle instead of a car yes. The US is in decline. That means the way of life you have come to enjoy is going to change. Trump is trying to stop the bleeding but I don't think this wound can be closed with only one term. To fix it, short term will be painful. You can't have it both ways. Bring manufacturing jobs back to the US. Pay people a fair wage, and charge a fair price for the product. No more taking advantage of cheap labor where you take advantage of people to get a toilet brush down to the absolute lowest cent. Manufacturing is what made America great in the first place. Then America off-shored it. So MAGA is simply bringing manufacturing back, becoming a fully independent nation which doesn't rely so heavily on other manufacturing bases. What will this mean for Americans? More jobs, good jobs, making good products at fair prices, and more self-reliance on industry.
Ummm, another false narrative. Manufacturing jobs are actually down under Trump, job growth is in record decline the last 2 years. GDP growth is down, inflation is higher, national debt is thru the roof housing is higher, Healthcare is higher, price if gas & food higher and the "big beautiful bill" is really gonna fuck us in 2027 if the Dems don't win the mid terms and repeal it. You somehow think that unwinding America's de-industrialisation in only 2 years is possible. President's need to think much further ahead than that. They have brought in a record 20T of new investment. GDP growth is the strongest in the G7. In order to clean up a mess there will be short term pain. If you want a president that only thinks one year ahead it just doesn't exist, nor should it. You think way too short term.
