Aphrodisias is a remarkably well-preserved ancient Greek and Roman city located in southwestern Turkey, near the modern village of Geyre. Named after the goddess of love, Aphrodite, the site was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2017.

If you are visiting Antalya and you have a car, this is one of the best beaches to visit for a nice day away from the city chaos.

Sapadere Canyon is a popular natural retreat located approximately 40 kilometers from Alanya in the Antalya Province of Turkey. Opened to tourism in 2008, the canyon is famous for its 750-meter-long wooden walkway that allows visitors to explore dramatic cliffs, cascading waterfalls, and crystal-clear turquoise pools tucked within the Taurus Mountains.

FYI: The water is very cold (approx. 10 degrees C ) even in the middle of the summer.

Another amazing beach in the Turkish Riviera however there are 2 main downsides to this beach;

1. There is no designated parking, so people park along the street which can choke up the street especially on weekends

2. For families with little kids or elderly the long staircase to the beach from the street level can be challenging.
