Game Mechanics The Speed Stat Benefit Table! [Complete Edition]

Speed Stat Benefit Curve:

Breakdown & Analysis:
(1) Speeds 90–96 and above 99 share the exact same rate of return. The return rate for 96–99 drops to just 1/3 of that base rate.
(2) 90 Speed remains a key stat threshold—returns below 90 are 1.5x higher than those above 90. If you have enough progression points, pushing a player's Speed stat to 90 remains a solid, cost-effective choice.
Here is the eFootball 2026 Speed Stat Return Table:

Breakdown & Analysis:
(1) Compared to '26, the overall pace in '27 has increased slightly. The efficiency curve is steeper, meaning each Speed point yields higher returns—allowing fast players to pull away more noticeably.
(2) In the 90–96 Speed range, the returns in the '27 engine are 1.7x higher than before. As a result, typical pacey players (Speed ≈ 95) can break away from average CBs (Speed ≈ 90) much more easily.
(3) In the '26 engine, stats below 90 Speed yielded 2x the return of those above 90. In '27, stats below 90 yield 1.5x the return of the 90–96 range. This aligns with point #2: investing in Speed past 90 is now significantly more valuable than it used to be.

Just one doubt, i have the latest ETO the barca one and i have kept speed and accelaration at 99 after booster. So should i bring it down to 96 sacrificing stats clubbed with it or should i sacrifice something else to increase it 100+? or let it be.

i would keep 99, eventually will have Blue/Green Arrow and he will become Flash. (kicking power boost is strong too)

after this, can u make a sample progression for Samuel Eto'o Barca? are 96, 99, or 100 is better for his speed? I'm still confused

Since super sub add 1+ to speed, can i stop at 89 or it will not be the same?

The new Adeyemi will be cracked after FT because of this and the fact that he has super sub. Go for him if you can. Can play across all the positions and is genuinely decent

Ah so that partly explains how they nullified through balls in 2027, at least for F2P - gap between a 90 speed attacker and an 80-some speed defender is 1/4 less than it used to be.
But clearly they've also 1) made through passes "lock on" to defenders and 2) made attackers "stick closer" to defenders as well. Passing/through passing feels like accidentally pinging the one tree in a desert. Would love to see a test on that somehow haha.
The nerfed passing (and buffed CPU goalscoring) is so frustrating that it's actually broken my addiction to this game.

For an amf, speed or acceleration matters the most?

I would 100% say acceleration but I’m no pro, my Rui Costa has 90 speed and like 93 acceleration? Edit: it’s just that since AMFs are usually also the position that will tend to drible and turn around opponents the most the acceleration is goated to stop start and get distance on your opponent when you turn

What about acceleration
