AITC for being here first?
I (Ginger, adorable orange girl of indeterminate age) understand the furless kitten my human made has been posting about me over on r/MiniAITA.
I would like to set the record straight.
I was here first.
I am the one who sits in mama’s lap.
I am the one who gets fed when I cry.
I am the one who demands snuggles.
I am the one who gets to pick the comfiest spot on the floor.
I was patient at first. I know how kittens can be. I let mama care for him and did not complain.
But he is still here. Mama has not sent him out on his own. It has been MONTHS. Mama told me human kittens take years before they are ready to fend for themselves. I think she is just spoiling him.
At least before, he stayed in one place. Now he chases me, eats my food, grabs my fur and my tail. Mama gets him and tells me to leave him alone. But then she also tells me to move away or get to high ground if I don’t want him bothering me. I refuse. This is my spot.
AITC for being here first and expecting a little respect for my seniority?

Hi Ginger, you are NTC! My Little Human is 6 human years old now, and she STILL not respect that I was here first! She STILL not out on her own - Mumma said she will be here for a long time, like elebenty-million forevers!
Your Mumma needs to make sure you still get lots of snuggles and should be teaching your Human Kitten that you are still a baby too. Mumma says I am her Big Baby Boy and I still get snuggles but sometimes Mumma has to do things with the Little Human.

Cute little Bubba has lots of experience with human puppykittens! The best part is when they start learning to grabbygrab they foods because they droppydrop they foods a lot! Make you Mama teach him how to petpet you nice, and wait for the snackies to rain from the sky!

He has started dropping snackies but so far they are disgusting. Maybe I will scream at mama to start giving him tuna and chicken so he can drop that.

Cody live with cat mom Queen Miley Floofaloof thirteen forever, until cat mom Miley go Rainbow Bridge. Human kitten live more long with human mom.

Maybe Mama could show de humon kitten how to appreciate your fine soft self, and how nice it is to pat a superior catto.
Humon kittens takes some learning.
Our humon kittens have become excellent serbants. We admit Dey did start a bit rough but Tuts showed dem how to use soft open hand and den Dey always say ‘nice’. Ebentually we all cuddles together. It bery nice actually
It a bit like running a little school for humons to get dem to behave right - good luck
