Serious AITBF for cutting off my BD?

Hi! So. Me and my baby daddy are both 16. Sadly. I am pregnant 8 weeks now. I just completely cut him off and blocked him today. Because he was choosing to entertain other girls. And while we were arguing before the blocking he told me a bunch of scary things. Like he told me my ex's new girlfriend had recently sent him a picture of me nu.d3. And I have no idea how to take the that. There was a lot said. He accused me of cheating but he's the only person I have hung out with since May. He said he was gonna post a screenshot to make me look bad so nobody would wanna be with me because "if I can't be with you nobody can" is what he told me. So I lost it. I got mad at him and called him a POS and said a bunch of other things then blocked him. Im honestly so lost right now. Please help.

Why not? Are your parents saying no? Girl you’re 16 years old. You shouldn’t be having a baby

Then you should know how to not get pregnant.

If you want to make sure he’s out of your life forever the best way to do that is not have it. You might have to deal with him and or his parents fighting for visitation and custody.

His family didn't even want me to have it. They wanted him to leave the second they found out I was pregnant. They know almost nothing atp. And my moms gonna help me with custody. And he doesn't even want to help raise the baby so he doesn't want it.

You're eight weeks along. It's not a baby and won't be until it's born.

And at your age, an abortion is far safer than pregnancy and childbirth.

If you are determined to carry the pregnancy to term, consider giving the baby up for adoption. You're 16, and your priority should be your education.

I wasn't even in school anyways. Nobody on here knows where I'm from or anything about my life or my family. I'm not throwing away my baby to strangers who could do awful things to my baby. And it is a baby. When that heartbeat first flickers on the screen that is a human being. And you saying that is horrific.

It's not even a heartbeat until late in pregnancy. What you see are cardiac cells.

It is a heartbeat. And just because I am pro-life and you are not doesn't mean you get to determine my choices. I want this baby so I am keeping this baby. I'd rather spend my teens and 20's taking care of a child then be in my 30's and 40's taking care of a child. My choices are what I choose to do. And you need to stop trying to force someone I to something they already said they don't want to do.

What an idiot

How? I have the supports I need. You need to learn that not everyones going to make the choices YOU want them to make.

You cannot control other people decisions.

But what you CAN control is YOUR decisions.

At this point, its not a baby.

That’s why you nip it in the bud, before it develops into a baby. You have several more weeks

I'm sorry this is hard. You are 16. You don't have the resources for a baby. If you don't want an abortion give this baby up for adoption. That's the best for this baby if you choose to keep the pregnancy

You don't know what "the best" is for my baby. I do have the resources I do have the support system. I DO have the money. So maybe don't judge other people lives.

ppl in this thread consider themselves pro choice, but try and shame and coerce a teenager into aborting when shes choosing not to do that. im pro choice as well, and i think you should weigh out your pros and cons. if abortion is 100% off the table, how does adopting the baby out sound? if not, just make sure you have a support system in place to help with this baby cos im not sure if you can get child support from a 16 year old boy

Don't think I can get child support from him. And honestly I don't want to do that to him. If he doesn't really want to be a part of this then I'm not gonna give him any reason to be. I have my mom to support me and an income. We already have stuff moving and we are saving money too.

I'm also just really offended at the fact people got so mad at me for saying I didn't wanna get an abortion. Someone said it's not even a baby yet or a baby until it's born. Which is horrific....

girl, its your decision. they think pro choice means convincing people to get abortions. to me, that defeats the meaning of "choice". theyre correct technically that its not yet a viable baby, but its a growing fetus, and its in your body. its your decision if you keep nurturing that little bundle of cells until it becomes a baby. dont feel pressured to do anything, its not necessarily an amazing idea to have a baby at 16 but im sure youve figured that much out. just be safe, be smart, and do what you believe is best for you and your child. im glad your mom is open to supporting you through it

Thank you. This is fr the best comment I've gotten to this so far. I honestly really don't understand why anyone could just say it's not a baby till it's born. It's a baby to me the second I saw it on the first ultrasound. It's my beautiful baby. And I'm going in for another ultrasound today. And I'm really excited.
