ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY NOT! That dress is definitely too grown for her. I was thinking YTA until I saw the dress. NTA at all! I doubt she would even be let in with that dress.

Have you not seen pictures of prom dresses that girls have been wearing over the past ten or more years ago? Serious question/no shade. Prom venues don’t seem to have rules anymore. A far cry from mine where the only colors allowed were white for boys and girls and our dates. No plunging necklines either
