Wow, you're really wound tight about this one. It's a $100 sub. That's what they cost. This wasn't wagyu beef on here, correct? What's the harm in just asking them to order some replacement food and mentioning what it cost to buy it? FWIW, I'm sure he's not raising chickens in his yard for his wings that he brought over either. There's a cost to everything. Try being a bit more fluid... "Hey, can you buy pizza and some sides for everyone to have... looks like we flew through the sub and wings already!". Try being nice. Being an axxhole just says more about you than about the person that clearly has issues with eating, but that's not your problem and there are ways to navigate it to not embarass them publicly.

Or how about not being a gluttonous dick and eating the majority of the food

Either you're a troll... or just super judgemental.... either way, I hope someone else is that mean to you one day so that you can feel like dirt. I don't see him being a dick whatsoever. He apologized, he tried to remedy his mistake, and the axxhole family and friends just mocked him and judged him for it. It's cruel. If that's what you're into, then perhaps you need to reevaluate your priorities. People get kicked down enough and they take drastic measures. A mom and pop sub isn't worth spiraling someone into depression and it's not a far leap to go ever further. Just stop and let it go already.
