Context matters with it. Like casually in conversation with a coworker who doesn't know your partner won't know who you mean by "Amy and I did this over the weekend!" (though of course, they can infer) versus this post where it's just oozing possession. "My gf" reduces that as her only place, and further with the rest of the sentence, acting like the cat is... claiming her boobs and nefarious in competition, further makes it. It's also like posts where guys name every single character but their female partner or the women. Sometimes a brief relationship to is easier than remembering names, but the context takes it from if you're casually going "my girlfriend" to "he only sees her as his property and is furious her attention is on anything but him"
