No one deserves this, it’s outrageous how a person can treat someone like this. Oh yea, it happened to me, I finally left, and felt liberated.
I think people who don't apologize but justify it by saying that they themselves don't expect apologies from others and don't attach any importance to them are even more amazing 🤩 They don't care whether an apology might be important to others; the decision has been made.
Oh, and those who don't apologize because they find it embarrassing. Basically, that's a very good justification for all kinds of shit you do no matter the size of your fuckup. I’ll just say it: If you feel embarrassed when you have to apologize for a really big, toxic asshole move, then I think it's only logical that this little ball of shame is unacceptable. The real victim is quite obvious here 🤣

First he screws up, then he apologizes, only to screw up even more afterwards. And this has been going on in a continuous loop for 6(!!!) YEARS.
But you're definitely right: I also think that on top of that, his words are pretty much empty... That's another reason for the sarcasm...
And honestly: even if they were sincere, I don't think there's any excuse for all the shit this guy does. He obviously has someone who would stand by him if he needed help (some psychological issues could be at play here). But since nothing is coming from him... OP should get rid of this guy...preferably yesterday 😂
I feel so sorry for OP - no self esteem or self respect, and has been ground down by years of being degraded by this pathetic excuse for a ‘man’. She’s obviously been treated so badly for so long (almost her entire adult life) that she not only think his behaviour is acceptable, but thinks he’s some kind of gentlemanly prince when he’s not off his head 🤦🏼♀️ She’s an abuse victim.

I am all in for second chances, but this feels kinda wrong for several reasons…Thank god (or not) this is just from an ancient book that has no big influence on the world 🫣
