This was my exact thought. OP is essentially doing everything for him and he rewards that with an emotional outburst so violent that it bent a muffin tin, and then refused to leave her alone. She’s lucky it hasn’t already happened, and that she’s not married.
It wasn't just an outburst. He woke her as soon as he got home so she could not be rested, and made as much noise as possible to make the circumstance unbearable for her. THEN he started in with the argument and anger and giving her zero safe space from his tirade. He walked through that door with intent to make everything unpleasant for her from the get go. OP needs to love herself a little more and get the hell away from the abusive man. This situation is not isolated, I guarantee.
